Robotic assisted surgery is a technology that enables the surgeon to offer a personalised surgical experience based on your individual anatomy.
A pre operative CT Scan of the joint generates a 3D model of your anatomy. This information is used to pre plan your surgery. The surgery is performed by the Orthopaedic Surgeon who guides the robotic arm to remove diseased bone and cartilage and to enhance placement and alignment of the implant.
